What’s the coolest thing about the new Alpinestars Tech 3 boot? Like its big brother, the (top-of-the-line) Tech 10, it looks amazingly well built and thought out. But, it’s about $300.00 less! As one of the best low-cost boots around, the Tech 3 retains many of the higher-end features of the Tech 10. Features such as the buckles, excellent bonded sole, and overall appearance make the Tech 3 an excellent buy.
Expanding on the Tech 3’s many attributes; chief among them has to be the light weight — less than four pounds. The Tech 3 buckles; they are lightweight, effective, and easy to use. The Tech 3 adds a fourth buckle for further adjustability and strength. The Tech 3 is bootie-less, and I found them to be very comfortable.
